Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva

Cold-pressed superior category oil, obtained from proprietary olives, unfiltered, suitable to accompany and enhance any dish.

Cultivars: leccino, moraiolo, frantoio.

Colour: from intense green to green with golden hues, with chromatic variations over time.

Fruity aroma accompanied by hints of fresh grass and artichoke.

Fruity taste with hints of bitter and spicy typical of the time period close to pressing.
