At the end of the racking, the Italian brandy par excellence is obtained from the residual pomace; The grappa; in our company it is also present in the barreled version, together with brandy, a brandy obtained from the distillation of wine.

Wine distillate, aged in oak barrels.
Bright and clear amber color; intense aroma with hints of raisins, cinnamon and ripe fruit; fine and persistent taste with a citrus finish that balances alcohol and hints of wood.

Grappa Chianti Classico
Distillate of pomace of the following vines: Sangiovese, canaiolo, colorino and other red berried vines required by regulation.
Clear color; intense and typical aroma of the characteristic vines, characterized by floral hints of dog rose; full and balanced taste.
Alcohol content: Vol. 43%

Distillate of pomace of the following vines: Sangiovese, canaiolo, colorino and other red berried vines required by regulation.
Aging in wood.
Intense straw yellow colour; perfume characterized by floral scents; full and balanced taste.
